AI-Supported Reflection for Teacher Professional Judgment

Thank you for visiting my WATESOL poster. This page contains materials connected to the developing framework presented in AI-Supported Reflection as a Framework for Teacher Professional Judgment. The project explores how AI-supported reflection might expand teacher deliberation while keeping interpretive and instructional responsibility with the teacher.

Conference Materials

Reflection Protocol

A practical sequence for examining classroom moments and developing teacher reasoning.

Illustrative Reflection Dialogue

A pilot-informed example of teacher–AI deliberation around a classroom moment.

Local AI Teacher-Reflection System

About the Project

This is a developing, pilot-informed conceptual framework rather than a completed or validated intervention. The broader research interest is how teachers develop professional judgment through repeated cycles of classroom evidence, reflection, dialogue, and practice, and how AI might support that process without displacing teacher epistemic responsibility.
